1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and the product has been opened or used.

2. When We Accept Returns

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived in an unsealed or tampered package

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging
  • Seals or protective wraps are broken or missing
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
